Kim Koo Museum and Library was built in Hyochang Park to commemorate the legacies of Baekbeom Kim Koo. The museum displays materials that help understanding of modern and contemporary history of Korea.

On the first floor, which is an exhibition hall, there is a seated statue of Kim Koo at the center, “Symbol Hall” and video room. Historical materials related to Kim Koo's activities in Donghak, righteous army, and independence movements are displayed.

The second floor displays materials related to the activities of the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea.
