- The usage period is based on a standard of 12 months, and parking fees must be prepaid quarterly (every 3 months) by credit card or bank transfer.
- For details on eligible discount recipients and discount criteria, please refer to Appendix 2 of the Yongsan-gu Ordinance on Parking Lot Installation and Management.
※ If more than one discount condition applies, only the higher discount rate will be applied, and supporting documents must be submitted.
Resident Priority Parking Allocation Criteria
- Eligibility: Residents with official residence registration in Yongsan-gu as of the application date, and business owners or employees whose workplaces are registered within Yongsan-gu.
- Allocation Method: Based on the applicant’s vehicle information (registered owner per vehicle registration) and residential information (based on resident registration), scores are calculated according to the “Allocation Criteria Table,” and parking spaces are assigned in descending order of total score.
- Allocation Target: Applicants who apply during the regular application period are eligible for regular allocation.
※ After the regular allocation, remaining spaces will be assigned as needed in order of priority based on scores.
- Tie-Breaking Priority: ① Persons with severe disabilities ② Residents who moved into the district earlier ③ Holders of multiple-child family cards ④ Applicants with longer waiting periods.
