- Assigned to applicants for six months. The applicant must pre-pay the fee for three months (send payment alert each quarter).
- Drivers who do not reside in Yongsan-gu must pay an additional 10% (Yongsan-gu residents do not need to register).
Payment of Parking Fee
- Individuals with a disability, patriots and veterans with a disability, individuals suffering from long-term effects of defoliants: 80% discount on parking fee
- Good taxpayers: Parking fee waived for one year
- Small cars, vehicles with low discharge of contaminating substances, those injured by the Gwangju Uprising: 50% discount on parking fee

Dadoongee Happy Card holders: 30% discount for two or more children, 50% discount for three or more children (Youngest child must be younger than 13.)
- When two or more apply, the highest discount shall apply.
